We currently ship orders via standard shipping. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

No Local Delivery or Pickup at This Time
At this time, Kirakay & Co does not offer local delivery or in-person pickup. All orders must be shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Kirakay & Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience any issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
